As a Talent Acquisition Analyst, you will assist the Talent Acquisition organization in achieving its mission by providing administrative and project support to members of the human resources management team as assigned. Under guidance, key areas of responsibility include responding to common HR inquiries for a variety of HR questions and issues, monitoring and tracking projects, providing administrative support to multiple staff members, monitoring and tracking budgets, working with vendors and assisting with ad-hoc projects as needed.
Day to Day you’ll …

• Lead strategy, operations and project manager TA projects as needed.
• Acts as the liaison for our executive recruiting process including; candidate management and scheduling, partner to executive assistant workforce, and administrative duties associated with senior leadership hiring and onboarding.
• Point of contact for the vendor that manages our background check, reference check, and I9 processes.
• Represent the business to ensure that the vendor meets service level agreements, problems are addressed quickly, solutions are delivered, and ongoing optimizations are realized.
• Support the background check adjudication process for Talent Acquisition Corporate.
• Create manage and optimizing the scorecard that analyzes and reports out on Talent Acquisition Operations.
• Provide backup on the Talent Acquisition operations support (TA Inbox).

It would be even better if you also had…

• Workday or other HRIS experience.

What you’ll bring to the team…

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or the equivalent through a combination of education and related work experience.

Work Experience:

• 2 years Minimum related work experience
