H&R Block Hiring for Database Marketing Manager Full Time

This position is open to hybrid/in-office work at our headquarters in Kansas City or 100% remote work for candidates outside of this location.

The Database Marketing Manager executes on the strategy supporting customer segmentation and multi-channel integrated marketing campaign development. In this role you will:

• Work directly with Data Strategy team members, Channel Owners, and Product Managers across tax and financial service lines of business to drive improvement in customer engagement, retention, acquisition, LTV and ROI.
• Directly manage the marketing databases and toolsets delivering state of the art cross-channel campaigns and real time decision programs driving consumer response.
• Provide thought leadership in leveraging specific marketing data to identify key client targets for marketing communications (Email, Direct Mail, Calling, Interactive/Digital, Web, etc.).

What you’ll bring to the team…

• 1+ years of working experience in a growth marketing or business operations role.
• Experience in relational databases, SQL, and data warehouses.
• Rigor in high code quality, testing, and other best practices.
• Knowledge of Salesforce CRM, digital media platforms and Adobe Analytics is a big plus.
• Knowledge of marketing performance testing approaches, such as A/B testing, incrementality, attribution, etc.
• Team is based out of Kansas City and working a Hybrid or Remote working schedule.
