We are looking for a proactive and passionate HR Advisor to join our friendly and supportive team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional or capable HR Assistant ready to take the next step to make a meaningful impact in our vibrant community campus.
In this hands-on role, you will manage a varied caseload, providing expert advice and guidance on absence management, family leave, and employee relations (ER) issues. Using a collaborative, coaching approach, you will build the confidence and capability of our line managers, enabling them to lead effectively and fairly. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to key annual HR initiatives and play an active role in university-wide groups, including Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (ED&I), and Health and Wellbeing.
