Build a brand and fuel HqO’s growth through compelling, data-driven marketing campaigns
HqO is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our fast-paced marketing team. The role s directly to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager of Demand Gen/ABM and will be primarily responsible for driving reach and engagement across target accounts to accelerate the sales pipeline. The ideal candidate is a versatile, data-driven digital marketer that can work effectively and efficiently across a mix of marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Demand Generation team as well as the content, product marketing, and sales teams to craft, implement and track high-impact digital campaigns to engage and nurture accounts using:
Tailored messaging by account and target audience
Targeted paid search, display advertising, and paid social
Custom landing pages
Collaborate cross functionally with our content and product marketing teams to optimize messaging throughout the funnel
metrics and track goals against each campaign, including spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, and CPA
Play a key role in researching and developing new marketing opportunities on paid digital marketing platforms to launch new initiatives
Implement conversion optimization strategies to increase the effectiveness of creative, offers, landing pages etc.
Additional responsibilities may include supporting the implementation of our social media strategy across owned channels
Qualifications:
2 – 3 years of digital marketing or advertising experience
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels and techniques, including display, paid search, and social media
Experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Advertising, and Salesforce
Creative spark as expressed in ideas for messaging, creative design, etc.
Experience with marketing operations, such as conversion tracking
Strong quantitative, problem solving and analytical skills
Strong communication, collaboration and organizational skills
Experience with an ABM platform, such as 6Sense, is a plus
Resourceful, energetic, self- motivated and reliable
A positive, team-player with a passion for marketing
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
