The Customer Service is the direct point of contact for HPG customers via telephone and email. Response time / acknowledgement to customer requests must be relayed back to the customer within a 48 hour window. The Customer Service must be cognizant of open sales orders, statuses, sales volume, and pertinent contact information and will be able to intelligently respond to customer needs frequently with assistance from other departments. Customer Service support – 50% , Purchase and Planning support 50%.
