A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST

In this rewarding recruiting role, your day is a dynamic mix of sourcing and recruiting top talent for positions throughout our organization.

You collaborate with hiring managers to create effective job descriptions, manage interviews, and conduct candidate outreach.

Your focus on ensuring a smooth candidate experience aligns with our CARE and TCI training principles.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience of 5+ years
• Experience managing multiple recruitment cycles
• Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and plans
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment platforms, preferably Workday
• 21+ years old with a valid driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance
• Strong organizational, attention to detail, and flexibility skills
