Frame Hold Clerk
SUMMARY
Responsible for matching frames up with lenses and expediting the orders in a timely manner.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Primary Duties
Match frames up with lenses.
Put frames and lenses in and out of bins.
Work in a timely manner to keep up with machinery.
Run daily s.
Maintain neatness of workstations.
Fulfill requests from supervisor/lead/manager.
Secondary Duties
Cross train in other areas of the lab.
Help coworkers with workflow.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
High School Diploma or GED.
Experience
None needed.
Optical a plus.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Basic computer skills.
Able work work as a team.
Ability to read and write English well.
Ability to memorize large amounts of data accurately.
Mathematical skills set to work in decimals.
Attention to detail.
Able to read a PD ruler a plus.
Physical requirements
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, and ability to ajust focus.
This position is fast paced. Operator must be able to move quickly.
