Position Salary Range
$15/hr
General Responsibilities
Support the Adult Basic Education (ABE) and English as a Second Language (ESL) programs in meeting testing and ing requirements of Maryland Department of Labor grants by transcribing teacher/class attendance sheets and student assessment results into state database system.
Work Performed
- Calculate durations from student time in/time out records on teacher rosters and enter into state database.
- Transcribing student pre- and post-test results from testing platforms into state database system.
- Verify correctness of data entry and resolve any entry or record issues.
Minimum Education Required
High School or equivalent
Minimum Number of Years Experience Required

Other Knowledge Required
- Strong computer skills, particularly with spreadsheets and keyboarding;
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail; and,
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
