Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week

Salary: £53,832 per annum

The role
We are currently looking to recruit an experienced full-time Recruitment Manager to join our People & Culture department. We are happy to talk flexible working and actively encourage a 9-day fortnight, with compressed hours, if desired.
In this role you will be the key strategic and operational lead on all recruitment activities for Housing 21, including taking a targeted and strategic approach to building our employer brand, attracting talent to the organisation, and providing a high-class recruitment experience to all candidates, and recruiting managers.
We know we have plenty of room for improvement in our recruitment practices and approaches and want a qualified and experienced specialist to lead the way, starting with embedding of a new ATS.
To be considered for this role you will need to have:
  • CIPD Level 7 or equivalent level of relevant qualification
  • Substantial experience in an in-house Recruitment Manager role
  • Experience of translating recruitment strategy into recruitment action plans that meet business objectives
  • Experience of pro-actively recruiting difficult to fill roles
  • Experience of delivering improvements to candidate’s experience, a recruitment service, and recruitment systems
  • Up to date knowledge of relevant employment law
  • Excellent influencing skills, confident to challenge and negotiate
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and with the confidence to deal with complex issues
