Housing Australia (formerly known as the National Housing Finance and Investment Corporation or NHFIC) is an independent corporate Commonwealth entity, dedicated to improving housing outcomes for more Australians, and will be responsible for delivering 40,000 new homes under the Housing Australia Future Fund and the National Housing Accord, and related infrastructure through the National Housing Infrastructure Facility.
Housing Australia arranges funding for community housing providers and new housing infrastructure projects through the Affordable Housing Bond Aggregator (AHBA) and National Housing Infrastructure Facility (NHIF). We also support home ownership by administering a number of Home Guarantee Schemes and produce strategic data and insights to support our operations.

About the role
We are seeing an experienced HR professional to join our dynamic and growing organisation to support our growth, which will see us double in size over the next 12-18 months
You will work closely with our Head of People & Culture to support both our growth and BAU requirements, and contribute to various HR initiatives, programs and projects linked to both business as usual and our expansion.
