Your Dream Role Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement talent strategies and policies aligned with organisational goals.
• Provide expert guidance and support in areas such as talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, and learning and development.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to drive organisational effectiveness and cultural initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, and proactively manage employee relations.
• Lead and mentor a team of 5 – 6 talent specialists, fostering a high-performance culture and promoting professional development.
• Conduct HR analytics and provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, making recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a successful talent professional or in a senior talent leadership role.
• In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and industry trends.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to drive organisational change and foster a positive work culture.
• Experience working in the Allied Health or Not For Profit Sector an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or working towards)
• Experience with NDIS an advantage
