SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a pivotal role in our organization, focusing on recruiting entry-level to Senior level talent for our organization.

This position requires a proven track record in manufacturing or logistical environments. This person must also have experience hiring mid-level to senior professional roles.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Lead end-to-end recruitment process
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify key requirements, and ensure all job descriptions are valid and correct.
• Work closely with department heads to understand organizational goals and talent needs, developing and implementing strategic talent acquisition plans to address current and future staffing needs.
• Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including direct sourcing, networking, industry events, community partnerships
• Manage social media presence to promote organization and opportunities
• Stay abreast of industry trends, salary, benchmarks, and competitor landscapes to inform talent acquisition strategies and ensure a competitive edge in attracting top-tier talent
• Ensure a positive people first candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely communication, feedback, and guidance to candidates and internal stakeholders
• Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions accordingly.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE / KNOWLEDGE

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a talent acquisition role preferably in a manufacturing or high-volume distribution environment
• Proven track record of hiring mid-level , Senior management and other professional roles
• Strong understanding of manufacturing industry trends, talent landscapes, and key players.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment technologies.

REQUIRED EDUCATION

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
