Role overview

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition (TA) Partner/Manager to join us in London. You will use your TA expertise to help us find and hire the right people across all the disciplines (Strategy, Creative, Client service, Production and Digital) into our organisation. As this is a new role, it offers you the opportunity to grow with the business and be successful.

You’ll have full autonomy to work and access to support from the Next 15 TA Lead while reporting to the Head of HR. A full job description will be made available prior to the interview stage.

As a Talent Acquisition Partner at House 337, you will:

• Use your TA expertise to support, iterate and improve our TA strategy drawing insights from our business strategy
• Champion inclusive hiring practices
• Lead on all stages of the recruiting life cycle to ensure great candidate and Hiring Manager (HM) experience
• Manage the relationship and communication with all stakeholders and partner agencies throughout the process
• Soulfully lead and be a sounding board for our TA Associate to help guide her career development
• Commit to driving a direct hiring model and ensure the right talent is hired in a timely and cost-effective manner
• Muck-in and support the Talent Assistant during very busy periods and provide absence cover
• Contribute to employer branding projects (including social media recruitment campaigns, events, content creation)

You will bring:

• At least 2 years experience as a Senior Recruiter/TA Manager/TA Partner within the Advertising industry
• Experience identifying and hiring talent with niche skill sets across multiple disciplines particularly creative roles
• An understanding of the Creative Agency environment
• A demonstrated people management experience
• LinkedIn Recruiter expertise
• Awareness of own biases and a commitment to inclusive hiring practices
