Lead both on and off shore team of Software developers. Requires strong C# and MS -SQL programming skills as well as release management expertise. Skilled with Agile SW methodologies. Experience with India development and QA, fast release cylces and large data bases is necessary in order to lead the position. Willing to work into evening hours to support daily work hand off to / from India. Small company atmosphere with good benefit package and generous annual bonus opprotunity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
