PRIMARY PURPOSE:
Housby is looking for an experienced talent acquisition professional to join our growing team! This position will be responsible for researching, developing, and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified talent to the organization. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in recruitment and human resources, with knowledge of screening, interviewing, and best hiring practices.

EXPECTATIONS:
Essential Duties include the following. Other duties as assigned.
Develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the recruitment process.
Collaborate with department heads to identify and draft detailed job descriptions and hiring criteria.
Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on industry standards.
Complete job postings and oversee recruitment advertisement.
Source and attract candidates by using databases, social networks, media platforms, etc.
Screen applications and selects qualified candidates.
Schedule interviews and oversee preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
Assist with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders.
Collaborate with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Attend and participate in college job fairs and recruitment events.
Oversee all recruitment for Housby’s internal training and development program(s).
Proactively source and cold call potential candidates for internal job openings and training program(s).
Develop relationships with Iowa high schools to promote the Housby Development program.
Coordinate open houses and other recruitment practices to obtain the top talent in participating education institutes.
Maintain a professional image at all times..
