At Fourth, we’re constantly seeking to strengthen the organization by adding the best available people to our team. We are looking for Talent Advisor to consult with hiring managers and take extra time at the beginning of the search to gain a clear understanding of important aspects of the position. Talent Advisors at Fourth consider Fourth’s future and understand how to optimize an open position for the most benefit. They also source, identify, screen, and hire candidates for various roles in the company. The ideal person for this position has excellent communication and organizational skills, five or more years of experience in talent acquisition, proficiency with applicant tracking systems, and an ability to devise sourcing strategies. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills for working closely with leaders across various departments.
The Role. . .
- Provide input to ensure that teams consist of diverse, qualified individuals
- Use consultative skills to understand long-term workforce plans which inform talent strategies
- Use a long-term view to ensure staffing needs are met
- Devise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines for positions
- Create and implement end-to-end hiring processes to ensure a positive experience for candidates
- Form close relationships with hiring managers
- Ensure clear expectations for candidates and interviewers
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria
- Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks
- Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position
- Compile lists of most-suitable candidates by assessing their resumes, portfolios, and references
- Organize and attend virtual recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline
- Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders via the ATS
The Ideal Candidate. . .
- Five or more years of experience in a talent acquisition or similar role
- Experience in full cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Proficiency with social media, resumes databases, and professional networks
- Experience using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates
- Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Exceptional knowledge of applicant tracking systems needed
- Professional credential, such as HRCI preferred
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources management or similar field, preferred
