Hotlines Inc Hiring for Quick Books Accounting Job at Council Bluffs, IA Full Time
We need an experienced, conscientious bookkeeper to process and pay bills, prepare billing and execute the invoicing of customers, post receivables, work with past dues and work with customers regarding billing questions. No payroll, no tax responsibilities. Customers pay bills via check, CC and ACH.
Entire shop is Quick Books and consists of several entities under one roof. Current Quick Books proficiency a must have. Small company, relaxed atmosphere, much of the tedious work will be automated. Hotlines Inc. serves the recycled automobile parts industry and has been in business for nearly 25 years.

Pay: $34,534.00 – $55,000.00 per year
