About The Role

The purpose of this role is to support our social media leads, implementing content approaches across a number of brands. This opportunity is best suited to someone who is comfortable working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, loves content creation and analysing social insights to deliver best-in-channel creative.

What will I be doing?

• Developing, implementing, and monitoring organic social media posts for a portfolio of clients throughout their service lifecycle.
• Producing original and ongoing social media content for our clients – photo, video, copy, some graphics relevant to social media platforms: Meta (Facebook), Instagram, TikTok.
• Video editing on mobile and creation of visual content relevant to the advertising campaigns run through our digital team.
• Scheduling social media posts through third-party scheduling software.
• Creating valuable, data-driven ing with analytical insights and recommendations on a monthly basis.
• Community management (increase engagement, growth, create connections with fans and followers, respond to messages)
• Ability to scope, plan and complete tasks both autonomously and collaboratively.
• Understanding & adapting to. the ever-changing algorithm on social platforms.
• Communicating with clients.

What We Are Looking For

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to craft compelling and engaging content that aligns with our brand and resonates with our audience.
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok. Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Excellent time management skills to manage multiple social media platforms, campaigns, and tasks simultaneously. Ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

A Bonus To Have
