About The Role

We are looking for a Social Media Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate is creative, whilst being organised, and has a deep understanding of various social media platforms and trends. The role will require the candidate to be responsible for developing and executing social media content calendars to enhance our online presence, engage with our audience, and drive growth. They will also need to be creatively minded to support the wider team with basic graphic-led design, social first video production and asset management. We see this split being 50/50 – as they balance day-to-day social media management and creative requirements. They must be a team player, collaborate with the broader team, taking guidance from senior leads.

What will I be doing?

• Planning, creating and curating engaging content calendars, including posts, videos, graphics, and other multimedia formats, that align with our client’s brand identity and resonate with our target audience.
• Ideating and producing graphically-led images and on-brand short form video content; developing scripts and concepts to be captured.
• Organising short form video shoots and capturing content, both at our in–house studio and on-site with clients.
• Editing content on Capcut or Canva.
• Collaborating with internal teams to drive fresh social first thinking.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices, and incorporating them into our strategy to maximise reach and impact.
• Coordination of a creative asset management system utilising a third party.
• Scheduling social media posts through third-party scheduling software.
• Creating valuable, data-driven ing with analytical insights and recommendations on a monthly basis.
• Ability to scope, plan and complete tasks both autonomously and collaboratively.
• Understanding & adapting to the ever-changing algorithm on social platforms.
• Communicating with clients.

What We Are Looking For

• 1-2 years in an agency and/or Social Media related roles.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to craft compelling and engaging content that aligns with our brand and resonates with our audience.
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok. Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Experience in client communications, with an in-depth understanding of how to be an extension of a client team.
• Excellent time management skills to manage multiple social media platforms, campaigns, and tasks simultaneously. Ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
