Hotelcare, are the country’s leading hotel support services company and we have an exciting opportunity for a 2 month fixed term contract (with possible extension) HR Administrator to join us in our Human Resources team.

To help our teams achieve all of the above, we have a dedicated support network in our Head office of which Human Resources are part of our Human Resources team provide advice and guidance to all managers on a daily basis and ensure that all process regarding Employment Law are adhered to. We are a very busy department as many employees come to us as their first point of contact.

Key Responsibilities
First point of contact for all internal/external queries (email, phone and internal ticketing system)
Maintaining personal records and HR systems
General administration
Working closely with other departments such as Finance, Payroll & Recruitment and on site teams
Monitor, measure and report on HR issues, opportunities, development plans and achievements within agreed formats and timescales
Supporting the HR Manager
Key Requirements
High level of attention to details
Previous experience working as an Administrator supporting the HR team would be an advantage
Basic understanding of HR
Contract length: 2 months
