Hot Tub Spa Supplies Hiring for E-Commerce Customer Service Representative at Vista, CA Full Time

The goal as an Ecommerce Customer Service is to manage the entire eCommerce order cycle to enhance business development and ensure sustainable customer satisfaction and leading the team to success.

Responsibilities:

• Process daily orders to stay in stock
• Strategically plan and manage E-commerce, warehouse, and customer services
• Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle
• Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers
• Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs, and efficiency
• Resolve any arising problems or complaints
• Meet cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets
• Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
• Assist in packing boxes

Requirements:

• Proven working experience as a Customer Service Specialist
• Record of successful distribution and E-commerce management
• Experience in handling customer service issues
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
• One plus year of experience in a customer service role
• Basic computer experience needed
• High School Diploma

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
