About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail orientated Talent Acquisition Coordinator to play a crucial role in supporting out Talent Acquisition team as well the broader People and Culture team to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process.

Some Key Responsibilities

• Supporting with the administration of our recruitment platform, Livehire including talent management and related tasks such as reviewing, assessing and screening of candidates, drafting job advertisements, scheduling interviews and maintaining up to date records (phone screens, interview notes etc).
• Coordination of candidate testing, conducting background checks such as bankruptcy and insolvency, police checks and qualification verification.
• Supporting with building our talent communities in Livehire.
• Working collaboratively with the People Advisory team to ensure employment offers and other administration is completed for a seamless handover and onboarding.
• Provide recruitment related ing and analytics.
• Supporting with development of social posts as required.
• Build and maintain internal and external supplier relationships to achieve recruitment objectives.
• Reviewing our processes in line with our objectives of continuous improvement.

About You

• 2 years’ experience in a similar role ideally from either from an agency or internal recruitment background.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering successful recruitment results Stakeholder and relationship management skills
• Experience in talent search and candidate management on LinkedIn or other database platforms.
• Experience in managing external third-party relationships with recruitment vendors
• Strong administrative and time management skills
• Proficient knowledge of best practice recruitment methodologies
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal, with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
• The ability to work effectively within a high-pressure environment
• Familiarity with Australian employment law
• The ability to identify and implement continuous improvement within current work practices
