Hospital Transfers Hiring for Call Center Representative at Abbotsford, BC Full Time

Based in Abbotsford, our small, friendly and fast-paced office is looking for a positive team player to join us as a full time Call Center Representative.

We operate 7 days/week, 6 am to midnight. This role could be working on a 4 days on/4 days off rotational shift or working Monday to Friday.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure all calls are answered quickly, efficiently and with world class customer service

Assist other CSRs as required depending on call volumes and/or specialization

Create, modify, record or disseminate information between callers and/or other parties using the equipment, training and/or tools provided by SNT.

Report any issues, concerns or requests to Dispatch as required

Respond to crew questions in a timely manner

Complete all required paperwork

SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Can manage high stress situations and remain calm, patient, respectful

Very organized and able to multi-task effectively

Thinks outside the box and can problem solve quickly and creatively

Strong geographical knowledge of the lower mainland

Great team player that is supportive and helpful to co-workers in a stressful environment and provide a high-level customer service

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, computer literate with good keyboarding skills

Comfortable working independently

EXPERIENCE:
Previous experience in a customer service role

Experience in the health care field is an asset

The successful candidate will be provided extensive training for the role.
