Clinical Support LPN (Phlebotomy and Customer Service)

PT8 (64 hrs. per biweekly pay period)

Days

This role works in collaboration with the Clinical Support Team and interdisciplinary team, obtaining blood specimens for lab testing, documenting and communicating the lab results. At the direction of the Director, will also triage calls, serve as a clinical support resource to the home hospice clinical field staff and support the organizations mission and philosophy, promoting excellence in end of life care. Must be proficient in phlebotomy. Must be an LPN

This position covers Lancaster, York and surrounding counties.

Must be able to complete 6 – 8 weeks of a FT (40 hr/wk.) orientation.
