At Hosmer Point Summer Camp, kids write home about how much they love the food – and parents write to ask for recipes! As the leader of the kitchen team, the Kitchen Manager is the lynchpin of this important food culture. They handle scheduling, purchasing, and menu planning with an emphasis on fresh ingredients from our on-site gardens and local farms. We cook from scratch, feeding around 150 campers and staff. Perks include free on-site housing, a fun and supportive work environment, and boundless opportunities for on-site mountain biking, boating, fishing, and outdoor recreation. We’re looking for a long-term relationship – our last Kitchen Manager had the job for nine years, then left to ride his bike cross-country. Provide input as we remodel our kitchen to build your dream food service set-up – and make yourself at home!
