We are currently hiring for an accounting clerk who will be responsible for accounts receivable/ collections and various other duties.

Responsibilities:

Processing/ recording customer payments in Quickbooks

Bank deposits

Sending monthly statements

Collections / follow up on past due accounts

Bank reconciliations

Assist in setting up customer credit accounts, maintaining accurate account information

Perform monthly sales tax audits

Input vendor invoices

Job Type: Full Time; Non-Exempt

Required:

Proficient written and verbal communication.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Ideal candidate is teachable and has an “all hands on deck” mentality

High school diploma or equivalent.

Be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening.

Qualified applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States.

Must have a mobile phone (company contributes $75.00 monthly to the cost)

Preferred:

Quickbooks experience

Previous accounts receivable experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 – $26.00 per hour

• 8 hour shift

• Fort Worth, TX 76177: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• QuickBooks: 1 year (Preferred)
• Accounts receivable: 1 year (Preferred)
