POSITION SUMMARY
The Talent Acquisition Specialist position is responsible for delivering all facets of the recruiting process throughout the company. This will be achieved through the development of local and national recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources, as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas. The Talent Acquisition Specialist position will play a critical role in ensuring that the company will recruit and hire the best possible talent for all company site locations.
PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Develop and Execute Recruiting Plans
-Use social media and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates. -Research new ways of using the Internet for recruitment.
2) Network Through Industry Contacts, Trade Groups and Employees
3) Coordinate and Implement Recruiting Initiatives
4) Perform Administrative Duties and Record Keeping

Duties are primarily performed in an office environment while sitting at a desk or computer terminal. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, stand walk, talk and hear. The employee is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; and reach with hands and arms. Duties may take the incumbent onto the shop floor for extended periods of time to resolve issues or locate/coordinate orders. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
