Horsepower Site Services Hiring for Logistics Coordinator at Charlotte, North Carolina, US Full Time

HORSEPOWER SITE SERVICES is a full-service site development construction company. We offer a full range of construction services, including mass and fine grading, utilities, stone, curb and gutter, and asphalt construction.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our team in our Charlotte, NC office.

Key Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Order, inventory, assign and collect small tools
• Establish and maintain HILTI Ontrack- tool tracking program

Purchase and Maintain Supply Levels, including but not limited to :

• Coordinate repairs of small tools with vendors
• Quarterly inventory of company owned tools
• Coordinate Conex and contents Assignments
• Coordinate the delivery of tools and minor equipment with Dispatch
• Maintain ongoing communication with operations of small tool and equipment needs
• Internal customer satisfaction focus
• Problem solving and error resolution
• Manage inventory databases

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :

• 2+ years of experience with Civil and / or Site Development Construction (Strongly Preferred).
• Experience with underground utilities, earthwork, roadway reconstruction, and civil construction strongly preferred.
• Computer skills in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and HCSS (Heavy Bid).
• Superior customer service skills required.
• Must be able to effectively communicate and collaborate with subcontractors
