City Cruises US is looking for a skilled and driven Marketing Coordinator to support City Cruises business for Mid-Atlantic region.

Ideal candidate will have a consistent track record of supporting marketing and creative development processes to execute campaigns and various projects.

Marketing coordinator supports all marketing functions for local port through interaction with the Regional Marketing Director and the marketing, sales and business development teams.

The Marketing Coordinator has a broad knowledge of, and skills in, marketing concepts and tactics and uses them to contribute to the overall marketing plan for the company and its offerings.

The right person will be adaptable, dynamic, and embody City Experiences’ RESPECT Service System. The position is based in one of the regional offices in Mid-Atlantic region and is expected to work in the office 3 days+.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities :

• Graphic Design and Editing flyers, sales PDFs, emails, signage, brochures
• Data Collection and Management lists, mail merges
• Create tracking sheets to keep port stakeholders updated on marketing projects on ongoing basis
• Provide assistance with direct mails lists and mailings
• Content collection
• Marketing calendar and performance ing based on port quarterly revenue goals by segment
• Schedule and lead regular meetings with regional / local port leadership and sales teams to ensure an open communication is maintained
• Website management, review and auditing
• Anchor management for ticketing of comps and media influencers, partners
• Proofreading
• Marketing related collateral creation and management (e.g. promotional items)
• Partner relation and community engagement, proactively pursue new marketing partnerships within local communities; attend networking events in order to promote local port offerings
• Bid proposal assembly and design
• Photography and photo management, resizing
• On-site promotion management and event attendance when marketing presence is essential : showcases, captain’s tables, tradeshows, specialty cruises
• Marketing budget tracking; invoice reconciliation
• Maintenance of all online event listings while proactively pursuing new online listing opportunities
• Conducting regular sweeps of partner websites to ensure accuracy
• Participation in a variety of related meetings
• Additional job duties assigned

Requirements & Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related creative field
• 1-2 years’ experience in a marketing role
• Excellent analytical skills
• Good working knowledge of design platforms, Microsoft Office, Photoshop, Excel
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail
• A critical thinker and problem solver
• Ability to work under pressure and motivation to succeed in a competitive environment
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams
• Time, project management and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
