Hormone Wellness MD Hiring for Virtual Administrative Assistant for Medical Practice at Remote Full Time

Hormone Wellness MD is a boutique medical practice in Raleigh, NC developing partnerships with women to optimize midlife health using a whole person approach. Our practice is unique in that we work outside of the insurance system and instead are a cash-based membership practice. We strive to provide excellent customer service as our patients expect and deserve compassionate and prompt responses. While our clinic does not specialize in Hormone Replacement Therapy for the transgender community, we value inclusion and acceptance and want all staff to be welcoming and respectful to our clients.

We are looking for a detail-oriented, friendly person who has excellent communication and customer service skills. We are interested in a motivated individual who is able to follow outlined standard operating procedures for administrative tasks and demonstrate problem-solving abilities. Tasks include retrieving lab results, preparing patient charts, prior authorizations, ordering test kit inventory, checking faxes and referral office outreach.
