This role is supporting their “omni channel” program – within digital IT portfolio.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop the program and policies
• Produce and maintain appropriate communications to all stakeholders regarding program progress.
• Assist in identifying and scheduling deliverables, milestones and required tasks
• Assign responsibilities and scope of authority to project/technical personnel
• Coordinate to provide technical advice and to resolve problems
• Responsible for compliance to all corporate policies
• Partner with architecture representatives to ensure we leverage approved technologies and solutions

QUALIFICATIONS:

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
• 4 year degree
• 15+ years total experience minimum
• 5 years as a program manager
• Demonstrated project and program management skills
• Broad knowledge in IT hardware and software
• Demonstrated decision making abilities
• Demonstrated problem resolution skills
• Demonstrated analytical skills
• Demonstrated relationship building skills
• Demonstrated communication skills
• Experience working in a large or complex IT environment
