Horizontal Talent Hiring for IT Project & Product Management Level 5 at Minneapolis, Minnesota Full Time

• I need to get an IT PM contractor for a large integration team.
• This integration team is the central point of contact for all integrations across Client as we continue our transformation.
• This is a technical role but the team is structured into pods with assigned Delivery Managers for each pod.
• This PM would be responsible for cross-team collaboration, a large majority of the work is related to communicating expectations from consuming teams, budget management, resource management, status reporting, etc.

Generic Requirements for IT PMs

• Managing enterprise strategic and transformational projects and programs
• Partnering with business sponsors from project concept to implementation to deliver target business outcomes acting as primary point of contact for the project
• supporting ideation and strategic roadmap development creating business case and budget development / management chartering – defining objective and aligning on scope
• facilitating all executed documents (e.g., SOW, Order Agreements, etc.) resource identification and commitment from internal resources and external vendors creating, reviewing, evaluating and maintain project plan and schedule leading activities of internal project team resources, vendors or third-party partners and other stakeholders cross-initiative and cross-functional dependency identification risk and issue identification / mitigation planning and management facilitation of working sessions and team meetings executive reporting that includes communicating project status, milestones, action items, risks and mitigation plans, and issues to internal leadership maintaining sponsor satisfaction by using change control to confirm agreement and accountability determining the proper level of engagement necessary for the escalation of issues contribute to organizational continuous improvement by documenting lessons learned from projects and developing organizational talent by mentoring fellow teammates
