Service Advisor

HWM, an independent, full service, financial firm seeks a Service Advisor to work directly with existing and prospective clients.

Job Description
This position will provide exceptional service to clients, referral partners, and prospective clients while also helping the firm grow and evolve.

Minimum Requirements:

• 3 years’ experience in the financial services industry
• Series 65/66
• Strong organizational, prioritization and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written
• Proficient with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Ability to learn and utilize CRM and Reporting Tools

Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct client reviews on annual/semi-annual basis
• Review portfolios, make recommendations, address concerns and answer other investment related questions
• Address items such as: personal information updates, RMD’s, savings/distribution programs, account beneficiaries, financial goals and upcoming needs
• Research complex situations, set client expectations, and define the actions necessary to resolve inquiries in a timely manner

• Help grow business from existing clients, referrals, and prospects
• Schedule client appointments/calls and document them

Other Responsibilities

• Develop a system for timely contacts with clients and prospects
• Work with lead advisor on ways to increase local awareness and build reputation
• Handle account administration (New Accounts, Cash Management, Transfers, Account Maintenance)

Pay: $75,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
