Horizon Health and Subacute Center Hiring for Staffing Coordinator Job at Fresno, CA Full Time
Horizon Health and Subacute Center has an immediate open position for a Staffing Coordinator.
The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for the day to day scheduling of nursing personnel and staffing and as directed by the Director of Nursing to assure proper patient care and administrative procedures are maintained at all times.

Job Responsibilities
1. Plans and prepares daily staffing assignments for licensed nurses and certified nursing assistants that meets the resident needs on AM, PM and NOC shifts.
2. Prepares and posts Staffing Schedule.
3. Contacts and communicates with nursing staff when additional staff are needed to meet resident needs.
4. Maintains current list of active nursing personnel in good standing for the purpose of scheduling.
5. Reviews staffing vacancies with the Human Resources Department, Director of Nursing and Administrator.
6. Confers with nurse managers and other supervisors regarding nursing personnel assignments.
7. Communicates with Director of Nursing and Administrator, documenting any scheduling problems.
8. Participates in the annual CDPH Staffing Audit as directed.
