Hopps Inc Hiring for Email Marketing Manager at Remote Full Time

Hopps (Hopps.io) is a company rethinking the future of work, distributed labor, and monetizing knowledge and skills. Our core product is a managed marketplace that powers on-demand, real-time support for some of the most popular software platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Figma, Webflow, Hubspot) with certified freelancer specialists.

Fresh off a seed raise and based out of sunny Los Angeles, we are building a passionate team from the ground up to change how people think about getting help and how companies build teams. We are currently looking to hire an Email Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities

• Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices to increase deliverability, open rates, and engagement and minimize unsubscribes.
• Own the email calendar, ing, AB testing strategies, and content creation processes from start to finish.
• Segment audiences based on previous behavior and deliver customized messaging to each segment.
• Conduct expert analysis of existing data and Active Campaign setup. Upon evaluation, make suggestions for optimizations.
• Develop documentation and road maps for processes, A/B tests, and promotions that succeed through email.
• Establish email drip campaigns based on customer actions and continuously optimize them for increased conversions.
• Craft newsletter format and work with our designer to create a visually appealing template
• Work closely with teams running other marketing efforts to ensure consistent branding.
• Clean up, organize, and maintain the email database.
• Ensure prompt, accurate, and error-free communication with customers to build loyal relationships and minimize unsubscribes.
• Analyze, on, and optimize based on KPIs

Qualifications

• Expert-level knowledge of email funnels and drip campaigns
• Thorough understanding of Active Campaign and its capabilities
• Knowledge of SEO/SEM and Google Analytics
• Familiarity with analytical and database tools
• Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
• Strong project management skills

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $40.00 – $50.00 per hour
