Hope Power & Industrial Inc. is a dynamic specialty manpower resource provider to contractors, industrial facilities and power generation plants:

Currently accepting resumes for full or part time, Looking for Seasoned or Entry Level high producing Sourcing recruiter for position in our corporate Greenville office with a commitment for providing an unmatched customer experience. This position is for a hands on full cycle sourcing / onboarding / recruiter to recruit skilled craft personnel for construction, power and industrial customers.

Responsibilities:

• Identify qualified candidates for placement with clients
• Screen resumes and upload into our Applicant Tracking Database
• Conduct phone and in person interviews of candidates and verify appropriate paperwork has been completed
• Proactively submit properly screened candidates to appropriate clients
• Perform onboarding administrative phase of collecting & completing all paperwork for new employees
• Work with senior recruiters and Account Manager to ensure all needs are properly fulfilled
• Verify applicant reference checks before placement on jobs
• Make multiple calls a day to new candidate prospects or existing applicants from database
• Ability to work additional hours when needed

Requirements:

• Working knowledge of HR software (Avionte) preferred
• Results focused attitude
• Bottom line results performer
• Must be able to work well with other in team surroundings
• Bachelor’s Degree is PREFERRED
• Above average competency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Ability to furnish 2 professional references from previous employment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States for any employer
