We are looking for a talented Recruiting coordinator to join our team and participate in the hiring process from beginning to end. You will be responsible for attracting candidates, evaluating resumes, scheduling and conducting interviews and managing the hiring paperwork. As a recruiting coordinator, you have thorough knowledge of HR best practices and have innovative ideas. If you have strong communication skills and are confident as a headhunter, we want to meet you. We like working with people who think ‘outside-the-box’ and who finish projects in a timely manner. Ultimately, you should be able to manage our full recruitment cycle and ensure we always meet our staff requirements.

In addition:
· 120 hrs PTO per year and 5 paid holidays
· Health insurance the 1st of the month following 60 days from date of hire
· Hope Human Services contributes $600.00 per month for employees to buy health insurance. This typically covers the employee for medical, dental, vision & a supplemental plan
· Health insurance includes three choices of medical plans, two choices of dental plans, two choices of vision plans
· Supplemental coverage includes short and long term disability, cancer insurance, accident insurance, critical illness, Health Savings Account, telemedicine and life insurance, hospital indemnity, identity theft protection
