The roles and responsibilities associated with this position include:

• Deliver a quality educational program that meets the needs, interests and abilities of each child.
• Have familiarity with Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
• Assisting in overseeing a successful, high quality childcare provision ensuring that standards are met and children receive excellent quality care and education.
• Supervision of and support to the other educators within the service and ensuring high standards of quality practices are being properly implemented.
• Working in partnerships with families to strengthen the crucial link between the home and education settings.

Job Type: Full-time
