My client is a fast-growing Inbound Tour Operating Company based in central Cheltenham. They are one of Britain’s most trusted and experienced inbound tour operators who specialise in providing a full range of bespoke travel services for tour operators and tour organisers wishing to send groups and individuals to the British Isles and Continental Europe. Due to such growth, they are looking for a Finance Assistant to join the team. This role has the potential to be either full or part time.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Finance Assistant?

• Upload sales invoices, create invoices and run weekly debtors s
• Support the wider finance team with adhoc duties
• Assist with the preparation of financial statements, s, and budgets
• Daily monitor bank accounts and make timely payments to main suppliers

Skills and Qualifications of the Finance Assistant?

• Knowledge of Sage 50
• Computer literate using Outlook Office 365, Word & Excel
• Numerical and organised individual
• Experience in a similar role within any sector
