JOB DESCRIPTION

ACCOUNTING/PROFESSIONAL STAFF

Prior experience in Certified Public Accounting Firm preferred

As a member of our accounting team, you will be responsible for data entry and accumulation, accounts receivable and payables for clients, account reconciliations and aiding staff in financial statement preparation and closing out the books each month. We are looking for someone who has excellent communication skills and enjoys working in a challenging and faced paced environment to support the firm’s continued success. Candidate will also work closely with one of our larger clients in their ongoing accounting needs.

Accounting:

• Prepare books: Download, categorize, reconcile. Ability to prepare simple adjusting journal entries

• Proficient in QuickBooks Online and Desktop; Microsoft Office Applications

• Proficient in client communications

• Previous experience preparing financial statements preferred

• Want a candidate with desire to continue to grow their skills and knowledge

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
