Honor Brewing Company Hiring for Packaging/Logistics pecialist at Sterling, VA Full Time

Honor Brewing is looking for a hard working, detail focused individual with a great attitude and a desire to grow in the craft beer industry. The Packaging/Logistics Specialist is an entry-level position and will be a key part of getting Honor Beer out the door and into the hands of our customers. Responsibilities:

• Assist in filling kegs
• Assist on the canning line
• Correctly assemble, wrap, record and load distributor orders
• Manage a clean and safe warehouse space
• Operate a forklift safely
• Make deliveries to our other locations once per week and other deliveries as needed with company vehicles
• Assist in keg cleaning
• Assist brewing team and management with other tasks as needed
• Assist in staffing events and festivals

Requirements:

• Clean driving record and clear criminal background check
• Be able to lift 55 lbs above the head repeatedly
• Be able to safely move full kegs, up to 180 lbs repeatedly
• Be able to stand for 6-8 hours at a time
• Experience with warehouse equipment (e.g. pallet jacks, forklifts)
• High ability to perform tasks independently and with high attention to detail, safety and cleanliness
• A positive, solution-oriented, team-focused attitude
• Reliable transportation to the brewery and events
• Desire to learn and grow in the industry

Preferred:

● 1-2 years warehouse, brewery, or food/beverage production experience

● Military Veterans and First Responders are encouraged to apply

● Forklift certified
