Key Responsibilities

Maintain and troubleshoot Honeywell TDC/ TPS and EPKS, DCS equipment

Perform Onoff process controller migration like C200-C300 and C200-UOC migration

Perform EPKSTPS (TDC) System release upgrade migration in operational production facility

Implement and Admin TPS & EPKS Domains, controllers, switches, peripherals etc.

Maintains a high level of general knowledge of LSS solutions, standards and procedures and be able to influence/lead internal and external customers

Troubleshoot, repair, system problems using standard test equipment and hand tools

Hands on experience to Support client-server, FTE , Domain controller and virtual Infrastructure

Perform upgradesUpgrade on both hardware and software

Assist clients with third-party vendor communication to our systems (OPC), PLC System

Administer preventive maintenance on controls systems

Observe the function of installed equipment or system to detect hazards

Repair and troubleshoot control and signal circuits and identify discrepancies

Provide On-Call Support to Customer site as per agreed plan.

Provide power-on support of new and existing installations including grounding checks and proper application

Document electrical and process drawings (P&IDs, Interconnect, Panel, etc.

Perform system audits and baselines of installed systems as a deliverable as well as for migrations and troubleshooting.

YOU MUST HAVE

Post-Secondary Education

12+ years DCS, Controls, PC/Networking, and Field Process Experience in the service industry

8+ years Honeywell DCS Experience preferably within the DesignService organization.

EPKS and Experion OPM Certification L3 and above.

TPS Certification L3 and above

Comfortable with being the lead support person on-site in a Refinery , Upgrader , power and Petro-chemical plant work environment

Ability to accurately document work performed

Able to respond to emergency calls and resolve them within the guidelines that meet or exceed our contract customer expectations and requirements

Excellent customer service skills, written/verbal communication, and interpersonal skills

Team Player, Results Driven and Proven skills in problem-solving
