REMOTE WORK – Work from Home Opportunity*

• Preference will be given to candidates that live within 2 hours of Puyallup, WA OR within 1 hour of Honey Bucket offices at our other locations to allow for in-person meetings, interviews, support and training.

• Salary: $50,000 – $65,000 (depends on experience and location)
• Exempt with Annual Bonus Opportunity

What You’ll Do

Support our Employee Development Team’s mission of hiring and developing the best talent in the industry by:

• Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process for your designated locations across five states including requisitioning, posting and sourcing.
• Source, screen and research candidates. Verify experience and qualifications.
• Schedule interviews for hiring teams, including, initial vetting interviews and final interviews
• Manage candidate expectations, provide timely feedback and ensure that candidates have a positive recruiting experience.
• Guide the interview process. Provide Hiring Managers with interview guides and training to ensure current interview best practices.
• Ensure pre-employment physicals and background checks are complete for candidates after offer.
• Coordinate delivery of new hire welcome emails.
• Help with on-boarding of new hires with hiring teams
• Special projects including but not limited to onboarding, retention and career-path development.
• Event support, planning, and participation for internal and external recruiting events
• Applicant tracking system (ATS) organization & input, reporting, and process improvements

What You’ll Bring

• 2+ years recruiting or human resources experience
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, and Power Point)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Expert in building and maintaining professional relationships
