Full Job Description
The right candidate would be a highly motivated member support team member who specializes in delivery world class customer service experiences while managing various channels of customer support. phone calls, chats & email e.t.c.
What you will do
Log into phone system and use appropriate codes for activities
- Process requests for quotations, order entry and product questions from customers
- Ensure accurate order entry and timely feedback to customer inquiries
- Serve as a role model for peer group and new hires
- Monitor and review performance to operational metrics, order processing and service level ing
- Suggest cost reduction opportunities or efficiency gains in all aspects of Customer Service transactions and activities
Requirements:
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Outstanding active listening skills and the ability to interact confidently with clients to establish what the problem is and explain the solution.
- Valid Dl or Id
