Growing company in the furniture business, located in South Orlando (Florida Mall area), is seeking Sales Office Assistants. Offers both part time and full time positions.
– Basic computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite.
– Adobe InDesign is a plus.
– Business and Accounting fundamental knowledge preferred.
– Casual attire (Must be professional/appropriate)
– Personable and professional people and phone skills
Job Duties (not limited to):
– Answer incoming phone calls in a professional manner
– Screen and route phone calls appropriately
– Data Entry
– Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task
– Detail oriented
– Team Player
– Must be reliable and able to work 9:00 am – 4:30 pm, M-F
