Homeland Language Services is seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist with a deep commitment to the work and values of the foundation for the position.

Homeland Language Services has over 6 years of experience developing interactive solutions for a variety of industries, including customer services, legal, healthcare, schools, and government, providing high-quality over-the-phone interpreting (OPI), video remote interpreting (VRI), on-site interpretation & translation services.
We provide services in over 100 languages. Due to steady and ongoing growth, we are now looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist in interpretation and translation to expand our U.
S. and international client base and market. Essential Duties and Responsibilities : The Talent Acquisition Specialist tasks will include but are not limited to : Agent’s recruitment from different parts of the world, we provide services in over 100 languages, the recruitment process will be carried out in the English language for the following services : over-the-phone interpreting, video remote interpreting, on-site interpreting, translation, transcription, and others.
You must be comfortable and effective in interacting with people from different parts of the world, different cultures, and backgrounds, be able to understand different English accents, and carry meetings over video, and phone.
Performing mock tests in English and the Talent Acquisition Specialist’s native language or other languages where the Talent Acquisition Specialist has proficiency.
Handling the onboarding of new hires. Ensuring employee data is correct and up to date. Compiling, and organizing all candidates’ and agents’ data in Freshteams, Monday, Excel, and similar ones.
Coordinating payroll. Running the weekly performance review process using Excel sheets and the Monday platform. Ensuring HR compliance with all company policies.
Working in coordination with the different company departments to achieve department goals and company goals. Responsible for the daily administrative and HR duties of our company.
Professional Qualifications and Experience : The Talent Acquisition Specialist should possess the following qualifications, skills, and attributes : Previous experience in the interpretation field.
Proved Microsoft Excel experience. The candidate will need to take a Linkedin Excel competence test. Proved Microsoft APPS knowledge, candidate must submit a certificate from Microsoft or test his / her knowledge by taking the test at https : / / learn.
microsoft.com / en-us / Experience or knowledge using Kanban, Trello, Planner systems. University / College studies concluded or current University / College Student.
Experience in Human Resources. Preferably over 1 year. Conflict resolution and problem-solving ability. Expert computer literacy Wide knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Knowledge of Freshteams, which is a cloud-based software designed to manage hiring, onboarding, employee data, and HR workflows all in one place.
Knowledge of the Monday platform, which helps create various workflow types. Knowledge of Microsoft Teams, a messaging app that allows real-time collaboration and communication, and enables organizing meetings through audio, and video.
Excellent English language skills, written and verbal communication. Use of social media knowledge, and professional network platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other similar ones.
