Implement your existing sales skills, all while controlling your own income. This position demands an outgoing, interactive, and positive personality and someone who is willing to actively pursue and ask for the sale. Our company’s proven sales strategy is partnered with an extensive training program and strong internal support team to help you reach your goals.

This position will be serving an already active and prominent territory. You will be responsible for the growth of existing accounts and establishing new accounts within the Santa Cruz and Monterey Counties area. HomeGuard HomeWarranty prides itself on innovative customer satisfaction practices and our ability to service and maintain a high sales volume. Qualifications:

· Proven ability to cut through barriers to effectively sell/close.

· Good business acumen; experience with basic contracts and pricing.

· Excellent communication and presentations skills; both written and verbal.

· Ability to learn sales and prospecting methodologies.

· Capacity to be self-motivated AND a team player that is driven by both individual performance and contribution.

· General marketing knowledge and practices across digital platforms (i.e. social media).

· Valid California Drivers License and reliable vehicle.

· Bilingual a plus.
