As the Digital Marketing Director, you will take charge of our entire marketing plan. This role requires a strategic thinker who is data-driven and highly skilled in SEO, website management, organic social, and digital advertising with Google and Meta Ads.

You will be responsible for driving conversions while maintaining a planned budget, collecting and utilizing data to make strategic decisions, and expanding our reach on various platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that includes SEO, CRO, media purchasing, and organic social media marketing.
• Manage and optimize Google and Meta ad accounts to drive conversions and maintain ad spend within the allocated budget.
• Regularly review and update the companys website to ensure it is effectively optimized for search engines and user engagement.
• Travel to job sites within the Birmingham area to gather photos and videos, enhancing content for social media and marketing campaigns.
• Analyze data to make informed marketing decisions on a daily, monthly, and yearly basis.
• Benchmark performance against past metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Lead and develop a marketing plan to execute strategies that align with the companys goals.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to keep our marketing efforts ahead of the curve.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; a Masters degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Director or similar role with substantial experience managing SEO, CRO, digital advertising campaigns, and social content management.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking to assess campaign effectiveness and budget allocation.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to collaborate across departments such as sales and finance.
• Creativity and an eye for detail in content creation and branding.
• Ability to travel locally to gather multimedia content for marketing use.
