In this role, you will be working as part of the Talent Acquisition Team, reporting directly into the Head of People. You will partner with hiring managers and key stakeholders across our business to make sure we are hiring the best talent for Home Made. You will set the tone to make sure we are setting the core cultures and values of the business from initial conversations to hiring and onboarding the successful candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Track goals, metrics and performance of the hiring process; regularly communicating status and results through weekly reporting
• Manage the screening of all roles, including CV and first round ‘fit’ interviews
• Creating and managing interview workshops/ assessment days
• Optimising our recruitment processes focusing on our values and culture and maximising candidate experience
• Partner with hiring managers so they have great processes and practices in place
• Responsible for keeping company job descriptions up to date
• Continuously look for opportunities to improve their recruitment processes and practices
• Keep the application tracking system and all online recruitment channels (LinkedIn, Reed, Monster etc.) up to date
• Work as part of an efficient and effective talent acquisition team to achieve high growth goals
• Be savvy with alternative recruitment channels such as Tik Tok and Instagram

Location: Based in the heart of Waterloo we are in a vibrant buzzing London office surrounded by several London theatres, restaurants, street markets and only a stone’s throw from the Southbank on the River Thames.

Salary: £30-35k depending on experience
