You’ll be responding to all questions and complaints in a friendly and timely manner according to our office standards. Do you have quality skills in typing, Microsoft Word, and Excel along with proper telephone skills?

If yes, then you are just who we need to complete our team! Applicants should be extremely thorough, possess excellent communication skills, and have some background in insurance agency customer service.

Responsibilities :

• Improve skill sets through employee development programs
• Generate status s as requested so the team is informed with progress s
• Manage all paperwork in the office and create a process for team members to follow to ensure efficiency
• Act as a point of contact for complaints or questions from customers and respond in a timely manner

Qualifications :

• Customer service experience in our industry is preferred
• Technologically savvy; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel programs and filing systems with the ability to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues
• High school diploma or GED required
• History of being deadline-driven and extremely organized
• Enjoys talking with customers and can communicate through verbal and written channels
